Exports

Blueconomy generates period-locked, accountant-ready exports that tie Stripe activity directly to payouts.

Export Structure

Each export includes:

• Gross Activity: Charges, refunds, fees, and disputes
• Balance Transactions: All balance-affecting transactions
• Payouts: Payout records with reconciliation bridge
• Logic Notes: Documentation explaining how numbers are calculated

Period Locking

When you create a snapshot, the data is locked to that specific period. This ensures:

• Reproducible exports for audits
• Consistent month-end closing
• Clear audit trail

Multi-Currency

Exports are currency-safe and grouped consistently. Each currency is handled separately in the export.

Reconciliation Bridge

The reconciliation bridge ties gross activity to balance transactions and payouts, making it easy to explain how revenue turns into cash.

Downloading Exports

Exports are available in CSV format and can be imported directly into your accounting system or Excel for further analysis.
